"Unable to Calculate Shipping" errors for USPS rate lookups

As of this morning we have received reports of carts returning a "Unable to Calculate Shipping" errors when USPS Shipping rules are the only rules applicable to an order.

We have reported this issue to our Dev team for further investigation and will post an update here confirming once the issue has been resolved.

To avoid this problem for now, affected sellers may add at least one additional custom flat rate shipping rule per Order, per Item, or per Weight unit that incoming orders could qualify for.

Our Devs now have USPS rate lookups working again as of last night.

This took so long because our Devs had to completely rewrite our rate-lookup feature to integrate with the EasyPost rate API. The older USPS rate API we'd been using apparently broke at USPS' end, which they hadn't been expedient to fix probably because they're wanting people to migrate to their new API, but we hadn't been able to make much headway trying to integrate with that either, so EasyPost was a more feasible alternative.

One glitch remains in that USPS Media Mail rates don't appear to work yet. Also, USPS Ground Advantage rates (which now work again!) currently appear in our cart labeled as "USPS Parcel", which may confuse some buyers. Our Devs should have those sorted out soon, hopefully by tomorrow.
