Do I have an issue with Apple Pay?

Don't see a lot of discussion here about Apple Pay and, to be honest, I don't personally use it and never before had an issue raised about it.

Just received this email from someone who tried to buy something from our site:

"I don’t use PayPal but your site says I don’t need to use it. I go to the cart and click the bottom button which takes me to PayPal/Apple Pay or credit card. I click on Apple Pay which I am set up for but it does not accept my double side click. Is this my issue or something at your end?"

Is it my issue? Is there something I should do to allow customers to use Apple Pay?

Looks like you're only using E-junkie with PayPal, so any ApplePay payment option or issues with that would be at PayPal's end, nothing we have any influence or insight about, unfortunately. We can only suggest contacting PayPal about that.

From googling the matter, I gather that PayPal and Apple Pay cannot be linked, so you can use one or the other, never both at the same time. It's a mystery to me why our shopping cart (if the buyer is to be believed) offers him a choice to use PayPal, credit cards or Apple Pay.

I'm not seeing any mention or logo for ApplePay in your E-junkie cart at all, just the PayPal checkout button that says "Pay with PayPal, debit or credit card".

Maybe the ApplePay option appears after they click that button, arrive at PayPal, and log into their PayPal account if they have ApplePay linked to that somehow? If that buyer could send you a screenshot of where they're seeing it, that might help clear things up.
